Do You Trust Hotel Reviews and Ranking?

When you are planning your holiday and trips abroad to a foreign country, how often do you pay attention to hotel user reviews and ratings? I don't know about you, but whenever I'm about to spend money of something be it online products or airfare, I take the time to look around and research that particular product.

But the question is: should you trust the reviews that you read on those sites? How can you tell if they were written by paid ghost writers or die-hard fans of the product? Well, there are things you might look out for - things like 5-star rating and no negatives at all.

I've seen quite a few of these and have subsequently realised that they reviewers were paid to promote the product. That said, The Leicester Square Hotels as you know is having a smashing Christmas promotion - so if you are in or thinking of coming to London for the Christmas, be sure to check their site. One thing though, this is not a promotion.

We happen to love the hotel as we've stayed there every holiday for the past 4 years, so I know what I'm saying when I say they are awesome.
